Ada Baklouti is a Registered Nurse, a Masters prepared Epidemiologist and a Board Certified Infection Prevention Specialist (CIC®) with a 20 year cumulative body of experience in Infectious Disease, Immunology and Infection Prevention. For over a decade, Ada’s broad experience in healthcare associated infection risk mitigation across many infection types has helped to make acute care hospitals safer. Her work during the COVID-19 pandemic earned her the Healthcare Council Employee of the Year in CY2020. She recently celebrated a successful CLABSI free CY2023 and continues to work in collaboration with many disciplines toward innovative approaches to prevent infections across the entire continuum of care.
